2025-2026 League Season - Important Notes
All teams must have a Compusport score keeper. Score keepers will need to enter & approve score sheets. Download the Compusport App on your smart phone. Make sure notifications are turned on to get alerts for your matches and special announcements from wherever you are.
With score sheets being entered & approved in Compusport you do not need to turn in a paper copy of the score sheet.
Due to the numerous holidays landing on Thursday this season plus team tournament, the first week of play is a regular week of play, not an exhibition night. Team round wins & points will count. Will need to pay the sanction fee + $7 weekly fee.
Sanction fee: Week #1 of the season is "Start Up Discount” sanction fee of $25 per person. Pay sanction fees through Compusport app. In app on match details go to “Pay My Fees”. Make sure your are in the current correct event, “BMW Billiards 2025-2026 Season & Summer 2025”. In app can update email, phone number, city & state through your settings account. After week #1 of the season sanction fee is $30. Any player that plays 3 weeks or more needs to pay the VNEA sanction fee.
Pay weekly through app with credit card per player or for entire team. (Can not prepay for position nights as those are not yet scheduled matches. If prepaying for season, will need to remember to pay for position night once those matches are scheduled.)
*Please note policy-Violation of not paying league fees weekly:
Teams’ weekly fees not paid in full by one week from match date will have their rounds wins for that week subtracted from that score sheet. And will lose those round wins. Teams will not be able to get those round wins back. (Opposing team would not get those round wins.) This feature in Compusport will be enforced after the 3rd week of play in the fall/winter season.
